To welcome the arrival of the new year, Milan presents Milano Capodanno For Future, Italy’s first sustainable New Year’s, posing the challenge to consider all aspects of the event from a different, innovative perspective, from its contents, partnerships and practices, to the productive aspects, while highlighting the public’s involvement. A great happening devoted to sustainability, which the City of Milan has chosen to invest as one of the future’s strategic themes.

An event capable of carrying a fundamental message in a festive, joyous context, made up of musical guests and speakers whose names will be revealed in the upcoming weeks. The only sneak preview of the lineup so far is the band Lo Stato Sociale, who will lead up the festival on December 31st.

The event’s official radio is Rai Radio2, which has made this New Year’s Eve celebration its own, also thanks to presenter Filippo Solibello, the long-time host of Caterpillar AM, who will contribute in creating a real live show with special guests and never before seen content.

A project conceived by Artificio23 – who for the second year in a row won the tender for the production of Milan’s new Year’s Eve celebrations – and which involves a team already at work to produce the event which is expected to gather more than 20.000 people.

Music and awareness, entertainment, guests and speakers, a network of important partners who share a common message for an event that will be much more than a musical happening.

More surprises are to come in the next few weeks.
